The unique construction - a microfiber dust mop pad with looped microfiber yarn sewn to the perimeter - gives you two levels of cleaning power. We do not have a minimum order amount. Most of our products are sold in pack quantities so the minimum is one pack. There are a few items that do have minimums; the minimum is clearly listed on the product page.
Yes. If customers accept the offer, we can provide a small percentage of the items for them. Usually we charge some fee for the sample and shipping cost.  
Our payment method is T/T. 30% advance before production, balance be paid before the shipment. 
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and the country you are shipping to. For your information, the estimated shipping cost you see in your shopping cart is based on courier shipping to the United States. The system will display the actual shipping cost based on the shipping method and destination country you select when you checkout and before you confirm your purchase.
In general, shipping to the UK and other Western European countries is slightly more expensive than shipping to the US. And shipping to Australia, New Zealand and Asia is slightly cheaper than to the USA.
Shipping charges do not cover local taxes, import duties, customs clearance, or other import-related costs imposed by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
In our ongoing effort to provide value and flexibility to our customers, we offer four different options for shipping your order.
International Door-to-Door Courier: This option is recommended for customers who want a quick delivery time (3 to 5 days) and worry-free customs clearance to resell their products as quickly as possible. We work with UPS, which provides customs clearance services in most cases.
Use your freight forwarder or our freight forwarder for Global Sources Direct. If you choose to do so, we would contact you for your forwarder's company name, contact person and address.
