MOQ depends on the product types. Simply speaking, our MOQ is 5,000pcs/color for microfiber cloths and 2,000pcs/color for mops. Welcome to contact us for detailed information.

Yes, we provide free samples with freight collected. Please feel free to contact us for any sample inquiry.

We have thousands of different samples in stock. If they are not workable, we will make requested samples for you. There will be a sampling fee. Just contact us for further information.

Samples will be shipped out within 48 hours for the stocked items. 
For new inquiries, it depends on the specific item and production status. Welcome to contact us for details. 

Please contact us for your samples. We recommend to use international express such as FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT to ship samples with door to door service. It only take 5-7 days to arrive.

T/T and L/C are usual payment terms, and D/P for long-term partnerships.

We provide a full range of shipping service, like FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. Shanghai is our regular port of export.

We offer FOB prices in most cases. The sea or railway freight is excluded from the quotation.

Bulk order shipments by sea/air/rail can work with either customer's own forwarder or our logistics service.

For new order with full container, we have the fast delivery such as 35 days in general and 10 days more in peak season. For repeat orders, it takes 30-40 days in production.

Yes, our factory has passes BSCI audit and renewed it anually. For our whole line of microfiber products, we have OEKO-TEX certificate. We get GRS certificate for recycled collections of products.
